The early stages of Kensington Lakes have focussed on Commercial and Industry development centred on Johanna Boulevard and Commercial Street. Generally speaking the Council's regional Superpark adjacent to the airport boundary and in line with Eggmolesse Street forms the boundary between the major commercial and industrial areas of Kensington Lakes and the master planned residential community.
There are still a number of commercial industry lots south of Commercial Street and north and east of the Superpark available for a wide range of retail warehouse, commercial and industrial uses similar to the existing development establishing along Johanna Boulevard.
