It is proposed to develop a local retail centre of approximately 2,500m² GLA on a site at the corner of Johanna Boulevard and Eggmolesse Street. This centre would service the day to day needs of the Kensington Lakes community, other residential areas nearby, the commercial and industry workforce in the wider Kensington / Airport area, and any passing trade.
It is anticipated that the centre would include a small independent supermarket of approximately 1,100 m² (IGA or Foodworks) and a range of supporting stores including a bakery, butcher, bottle shop / tobacconist, takeaway / café / restaurant, chemist, newsagency, hairdresser, video store, professional services (medical / dental).
We are seeking expressions of interest from those interested in setting up shop at this location.
