We propose to develop a number of 5 storey apartment buildings in close proximity to the northern end of the lake to take advantage of the views and services associated with the town centre area and the lake. The Plan of Development (hot key) includes substantial design controls on these buildings to ensure they are designed to the highest possible standards.
