The Business Airpark
The business airpark, planned to the south of the industry and business areas is undergoing master planning and will shortly move into the development approval phase. This will provide for approximately 23 hectares of business land, configured in a variety of freehold lot sizes, with direct air access to the Bundaberg airport. There is already a focus on recreational aircraft manufacture and aircraft component manufacturing in Bundaberg with the Jabiru and Micro Air enterprises. There is a significant opportunity to build on and enhance this capability and establish an air industry node of excellence centred on the Bundaberg airport.
